This notice describes the handling of personal data when visiting the privately operated K-AI-NGX development portfolio. The website currently does not accept purchases or paid commissions.
1. Data controller

The person operating this website is identified in the legal notice (Impressum). The contact details provided there may also be used for privacy-related inquiries.
2. Website hosting and technical access data
The website is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., United States). When a page is requested, technical connection information is transmitted to the hosting infrastructure. This may include the IP address, time and date, requested URL, browser and device details, and further technical request information.
This processing supports delivery, reliability and security of the website. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a functional and secure website). Our ability to control the hosting provider's specific logs and retention periods is limited.
3. Processing outside the European Union
Netlify is based in the United States. In providing and operating this website, Netlify and its subprocessors may process personal data in the United States or other countries. Information about Netlify's data-protection safeguards and subprocessors is available in its privacy and contractual documentation.
4. Cookies, language settings and local features
Our current website source code does not include our own analytics or marketing cookies or tracking pixels. The language of the live website follows the domain being visited. On non-production test versions, a manually selected language may be stored in browser Local Storage.
Based on the current source code, interactive product demos run in the browser. A copy feature places selected text on the clipboard of the user's own device; this action does not send that text to a product server. This is separate from technically necessary browser and hosting operations.
The optional Netlify Web Analytics feature was not enabled in the last checked project configuration (31 October 2026). This does not affect technical processing of access data required for hosting.
5. Contact
There is currently no active contact form or newsletter on this website. No contact details are submitted to us via a website form. An ActiveCampaign funnel is not integrated at present.
If you email us directly, we process the information you send in order to respond. The usual legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; Article 6(1)(b) GDPR may apply where you request pre-contractual steps. Email messages may be processed by the relevant email service provider.
6. Retention and recipients
We do not currently collect website contact-form submissions or maintain customer accounts through this website. Technical access information may be stored by the hosting provider according to its technical and contractual retention policies. The precise retention period for these data still requires separate verification with Netlify.
Emails you send directly will be deleted once they are no longer required to handle your request, unless legal retention requirements or another legitimate reason require longer storage.
7. Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, and subject to the statutory conditions, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection to certain processing. You may withdraw consent with future effect wherever consent has been given.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority. Please use the contact details in the legal notice for privacy inquiries.
